The Avenues show home is a development for the 50+ type buyer. Our brief was to demonstrate comfort with an aesthetically pleasing interior, combining a traditional style with modern simplicity.

The colour schemes we opted for were of muted but rich tones, throughout the upholstery, art and statement wallpapers, creating a flow through room to room and tying in with the flooring and kitchen choices.
