We were appointed to design, deliver and install furniture packages for the short-term let market in a unique building in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. Taking inspiration from the area, we created modern interiors with an industrial feel that nod to the building’s past life as a bookmakers, using black steel, exposed-finish timber and aged leather softened with warm lighting and textiles.

Everything was specified to cope with high guest turnover.
