This was our first net zero development we were involved in, that looked over Granton waterfront – which gave us plenty of inspiration. The designs entailed furniture pieces with natural wood, earthy tones throughout upholstery and woody scents that emanate the interiors of a beach house.

We used a colour palette of olive greens, warm browns, beiges and neutrals to give a rustic and warm interior.
